Register your team
Please use the below form to create a team for the 2011 Come to Life Ballarat Cycle Classic. Once registered you will be emailed a "team code". This code will need to be used for all 2011 individual registrations.Once given the team code, each member of the team (including yourself) will need to complete an individual registration form and enter the team code when prompted. Click here to register an individual rider.
Please note a maximum of 12 people can be entered into a team.
No costs are involved with creating a team, although regular entry prices apply for each person who wishes to join the team.
