Create a team for the Come to Life Cycle Classic

Please use the following form to create a team for the Come to Life Cycle Classic. You will then be emailed a "team code" which can be used by any members (including yourself) to register under the name of the team.

This will automatically enter you in the corresponding challenges depending on the individual entry type of your team's riders and the ride you're entering.

Please note that there can be a minimum of 4 and maximum of 12 people in a team.

No cost is involved with creating a team, although regular entry prices apply for each person who wishes to join the team.

Once given the team code, each member of the team (including yourself) will need to fill in this form, putting in the provided team code when prompted. Alternatively if you have each member's details, you can sign them all up yourself using the same form.

You can register at the Fly Fishing rooms - Yacht Club Precinct - Lake Wendouree on Saturday 20th between 2-4pm or before the ride on Sunday from 7.30am.
