Yankee Flat Classic 50km/65km/85km Challenge

This course is very challenging with a number of hill climbs including the SEC Road Climb as you head out of Ballarat. All cyclists will head out of Ballarat via Sturt Street out Humffray Street North to Yankee Flat Road. Riders will then head out the Yendon No 1 Road. This course allows riders to choose their level /distance as they progress through the ride. Along this road there is an opportunity to turn left and head back towards Ballarat earlier if required. The course will then head down Ti Tree Road to SEC Road then Howitt Street and home to the shores of Lake Wendouree.

This ride is a challenge for all, with incredibly beautiful scenery to enjoy along the way.

Fundraising Challenge 2011

All riders are automatically entered into the fundraising challenge. Cyclists are challenged to raise money via sponsorship for the Ballarat Cancer Research Centre, either as an individual or as part of a team. Once you have registered online, a link to your sponsor page will be forwarded to your nominated e-mail address.  Pass this onto your family and friends and ask them to sponsor your ride.
